The Construction Of Total Quality Management System Based On ISO9000 Family Standard Of H University Graduate Students

Xi Jinping give important instructions to graduate education,emphasizing the cultivation of a large number of high-level talents with both moral and talented.At the same time,the contradiction between "quality" and "quantity" of graduate education is gradually deepening,and the quality of graduate education affects the development of school and society.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to establish graduate quality management system and improve the quality of graduate education.Based on the literature on the total quality management system of colleges and universities both at home and abroad,through the issuance of questionnaires,field research and interviews,starting from the training process of graduate students and the existing management system of the school,it is found that the graduate education in H colleges and universities has some problems,such as the lag of the training construction system and the imperfect management system.According to the theory of total quality management,the graduate education quality index of H university was obtained from three dimensions of input,process and result.The SPSS software was used for cluster analysis,and it was found that the graduate education quality level of various colleges in H university was uneven and the development was unbalanced.Combined with the Delphi method to determine the evaluation index,the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index,the use of fuzzy theory for quantification,so as to establish the evaluation model of the quality management system of graduate students in colleges and universities,completed the evaluation of the quality of graduate students in H colleges and universities,get the conclusion that the management level of graduate students in H colleges and universities needs to be improved.Based on this,in order to improve the quality of graduate training in H universities,the ISO9000 family standard is taken as the criterion to formulate the four elements of graduate total quality management corresponding to management function,resource management,product realization,measurement analysis and improvement,and establish the total quality management system for graduate students in H universities based on the process method.Completed the detailed analysis of the postgraduate training process,established the organizational structure,clarified its work responsibilities,formulated standardized quality management documents,and completed the operation control of the total quality management system of H university.
