At present,"the integration of production and education,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises" further urgently improve the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and raise the quality of personnel training of technical skills,which are the urgent requirements for promoting the structural reform of the human resources supply side at present.Carrying out "modern apprenticeship" talent training at secondary vocational education stage is an important measure to improve the quality of personnel training.This article is devoted to studying the exploration and practice of carrying out the training of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools.The main content includes the following three parts:The first part illustrates the modern apprenticeship and its necessity and feasibility.The introduction of the image of the ship in the form of "ship type" diagram The modern apprenticeship system is based on the deep cooperation between school administration and enterprises under the guidance of the government and industry associations.Introduce the connotation of modern apprenticeship from different aspects such as enrollment and recruitment integration and explain how to implement modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools.The author also studies the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the modern apprenticeship system in vocational schools with the cooperation between the school where the author belongs and the school-enterprise of Jimmy Lang Co.,Ltd.The second part introduces the basic situation of modern vocational schools in Xingtai and the cooperation between school-enterprise cooperation and the development of modern apprenticeship talents.Now Ma Lang Lang Co.,Ltd.,Beijing Jing’ao Solar Photovoltaic Technology Co.,Ltd.,Hebei Ling Niu Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.,Hebei Valley Hing Square Food Co.,Ltd.four units of the basic situation.Secondly,the article introduces the characteristic approach of developing the modern apprenticeship talents from four specialties,focusing on the needs of the enterprises,combining with the professional advantages of the schools,and jointly trying to establish the university and enterprises.The third part,first of all,combined with the case of the problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,from three levels of rationalanalysis and reflection.At the level of government departments,there are imperfect laws and regulations at the national and local levels,and the proportion of funds invested by school-enterprise cooperation is low.At the level of running schools in secondary vocational schools,the current "academic record" only has prejudice to secondary vocational education,teachers’ skills,teaching mode,curriculum system and student in-service internship.In the industry,there is the role of industry guidance to play an inadequate,enterprises involved in modern apprenticeship there are concerns.Secondly,it puts forward the talent cultivation for the modern apprenticeship system in secondary vocational schools from seven aspects:perfecting the apprenticeship system,improving the quality of teachers,perfecting the curriculum system,perfecting the internship management,giving play to the role of the industry,deepening the platform construction and "recalling" unqualified graduates.Strategy.
