Investigation And Research On The Management And Implementation Of Primary School Labor Education

In recent years,the state pays more and more attention to the cultivation of primary school students’ comprehensive quality and attaches importance to quality-oriented education.As one of the important components of comprehensive and harmonious development education,labor education is of great significance to the healthy growth and overall development of pupils’ body and mind,and is also an effective way to cultivate pupils’ comprehensive quality.Therefore,the strengthening of labor education in primary schools should arouse the public’s extensive attention.On March 20,2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era.In the document,implementation strategies for strengthening labor education in primary schools were proposed.However,the implementation effect was not satisfactory.There are still such problems as the low level of labor literacy of primary school students,imperfect labor education infrastructure of schools,lack of specialized teachers for labor education,insignificant positive influence of families on students,and generally low education level of parents.Therefore,more effective school management strategies are still needed.From the perspective of school management,this study takes the senior grade students of primary schools in M city as the research object,and makes an empirical study on the implementation status of labor education in primary schools in M city.Based on the previous research experience,this paper finds out the practical difficulties in the implementation of primary school labor education from the perspectives of principals,teachers and students,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of schools,families and students.This paper mainly from the school to improve the construction of infrastructure,pay attention to teacher training;Strengthen curriculum management of labor education and establish scientific evaluation system;Give full play to the primary school principal’s role in the implementation of labor education;Strengthen family labor education,pay attention to the combination of family and school;Raise the student labor enthusiasm,form the correct labor idea five aspects to enhance the primary school labor education level.
