Research On The Curriculum Management Of Labor Education In Junior Middle Schools In Z Cit

In July 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools and issued the Standard of Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum(2022 Edition)in March 2022,which once again explained the importance of labor education and labor education curriculum from the national level.However,the effect of implementation and management of labor curriculum in practical teaching has not reached the expected effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problem of labor curriculum management for improving students’ labor core accomplishment and improving the mode of education management.This study uses literature research method and investigation research method to study the current situation of junior high school labor curriculum management in Z city,comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the process of junior high school labor education curriculum management in Z city,deeply discusses the factors affecting the effect of labor curriculum management,and puts forward countermeasures to optimize the path of labor education curriculum management in Z city.This study holds that: in the process of labor curriculum management,the society should improve the bad atmosphere,improve the system support;the school should strengthen the responsibility consciousness of management subject and perfect the course management process.Families should cooperate with schools,adopt scientific methods of education,and enable students to form the correct concept of labor.
