Private colleges and universities play an important role in higher education in China.However,with the progress and expansion of higher education in China,the competition between private colleges and public universities is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,more and more private colleges and universities have taken a series of measures to improve their competitiveness,such as paying close attention to the quality of teaching,introducing a large number of talented teachers,and improving the treatment of teachers.Because they understand that teachers in colleges and universities are the core and key to running schools.However,due to some subjective or objective reasons,some teachers’ initiative and enthusiasm are not very high in private colleges and universities,which runs counter to the original intention of the school to introduce them.Some studies have found that whether the staff of private colleges and universities are satisfied with their own sense of organizational justice often has an important impact on the enthusiasm of the work.Therefore,through the study of organizational justice of the teaching staff in private colleges and universities,it is very important to find out the factors that have adverse effects on them,and to put forward the coping strategies with acceptance.On the basis of reviewing the research results of organizational justice at home and abroad,this paper combs the current situation of organizational justice in the J private university in Jiangxi,and then take the J private university staff as the research sample,uses SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire which reclaims to study the J Private university staff organizational justice influence factor.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of distributive,procedure,interpersonal and informational justice.It provides a reference for university administrators to improve teachers’ organizational justice experience and enhance teachers’ job happiness.The results of this study show that organizational political climate reverse influence on teachers sense of distributive justice,procedural justice,interpersonal justice,and informational justice,while locus of control would positively effect teachers sense of them;abusive supervision reverse influence on teachers sense of interpersonal justice and informational justice.Therefore,in the follow-up to improve the sense of organizational justice of teachers in the J private university,this study proposes countermeasures from four aspects of organizational justice.In terms of improving the sense of distributive justice,J private university should strengthen their the material incentives of the school’s faculty and staff,while adopting differentiated talent management strategies to allocate and assign different tasks;in terms of improving the sense of procedural justice,J private university should pay attention to the establishment of a long-term development evaluation system,and let faculty and staff In the whole process of participating in the establishment of the system,the implementation of the system should also be open and transparent;in terms of improving interpersonal justice,J private university should put an end to abusive supervision,respect and recognize the school staff,and at the same time prevent the organization of a political climate and establish a benign exchange relationship between leaders and members can also create a positive organizational culture and focus on teachers’ cognition of locus of control;in terms of improving the sense of informational justice,J private university should release official information in a timely and comprehensive manner when releasing information,and should also be unblocked organize communication channels. |
