Since the reform and opening up,the transformation of the social and economic system has led to great changes in the labor market.The emergence of urban unemployed and rural surplus labor force has led to the emergence of flexible employment as a new form of employment.In the past two years,the impact of the epidemic,flexible employment income instability is increasingly significant.However,in the face of the sudden outbreak,flexible employment this particular form of employment is increasingly highlighting its importance.In August 2020,figures released by the Ministry of Human And Social Affair S Show That The Number Of Flexibl E Workers Now Stands At about 200 Million.In the face of such a large-scale group,the existing old-age insurance policy can not fully adapt to the special situation of this group,pension insurance contribution level is higher,the degree of co-ordination is weak and other issues highlighted.The basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents is closely related to the vital interests of flexible employment personnel,which is of great significance to the life of the elderly after they leave the labor market.This paper focuses on the low-and middle-income groups,studies the influencing factors affecting the participation of urban and rural residents in basic old-age insurance,and discusses how to improve the participation rate of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents in the process of urbanization so that they can enjoy their old age.Survey analysis first and foremost clear the current status of insurance coverage,understand and grasp the relevant data,and from the overall grasp of the existing problems.By using regression analysis method to analyze and study the questionnaire,from the individual factors,family characteristics factors,policy and environmental factors,to find out which specific factors have an impact on whether to participate in urban and rural residents basic old-age insurance.Finally,this paper summarizes the relevant influencing factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
