| Since the reform and opening up,China’s social and economic structure has undergone tremendous changes,and the employment structure has also undergone tremendous changes.In the past,state-owned enterprises,public institutions and other formal employment units occupied half of the country,but now flexible employment groups continue to grow,which has begun to attract the attention of scholars.As a new way of employment,flexible employment has greatly alleviated the pressure of employment in China and contributed a lot to promoting economic development.However the original social security system is designed for regular workers employment unit,this part of the application now emerging employment population will highlight many wrong place,can’t well meet the demand of this part of the group of ginseng,if can’t adjust in time,will affect the vital interests of the vast crowd,eventually will inevitably affect the development of this jobs.Therefore,China should actively explore adjustment and establish the endowment insurance system to adapt to the flexible employment group.Therefore,this paper starts from a region,selects samples by random sampling to study the current situation of the local endowment insurance,tries to find out the problems and puts forward the corresponding incentive mechanism and policy suggestions.Based on the sample of flexible employees in wulanchabu city,this paper makes a statistical description and analysis of the years,levels and modes of their participation in the insurance,so as to understand their participation status.Found that the area currently participates in the insurance payment rate is low.The cross analysis method is used to preliminarily explore the factors affecting the choice of insured people,and try to find out how age,gender and other factors of insured people affect their behavior.Binary logistic regression was used to verify the factors affecting the choice of insurance for flexible workers in this area.It is found that(1)the education level,industry and subjective willingness to the payment period will significantly affect their choice of the payment period.The higher the education level,the more inclined to choose to extend the payment period;The more stable the industry is,the longer the payment period will be.The more flexible employment groups whose subjective willingness to pay the premium is accepted,the higher the proportion of extending the insured fixed number of years is.(2)Income and education level will significantly affect the choice of premium level for the flexible workers.The higher the income of flexible workers,the higher the payment level of choice;The pay cost class that the GINSENG that culture degree is higher protects the person to choose also is relatively taller.(3)The three factors of education level,industry and income will significantly affect the choice of insurance premium mode.With higher education level,the insured tend to choose the mode of overpaying +long paying;Flexible workers with stable industries are also more inclined to choose the mode of long payment + more payment;The higher the income of the insured,the more likely they were to choose the long-plus model.Therefore,this paper believes that the current situation of the flexible employment in Wulanchabu is caused by the unstable employment environment,low income,low education level and not active subjective intention of the flexible employment in Wulanchabu. |
