Social workers,as talents engaged in professional activities,play an important role in promoting social equity and development.However,because the number of social work talents in our country is far from meeting the needs of social services,social workers are often in a situation of great pressure and complex working environment.The situation of job burnout affects their physical and mental health,and also restricts the development of social workers,resulting in the continuous loss of social work talents.Therefore,paying attention to,studying and solving the problem of job burnout of social workers is of great practical significance to stabilize the contingent of social work professionals and improve the level of social governance.Based on the data of "China Social Work Dynamic Survey(CSWLS)" project,this paper analyzes and studies the job burnout of social workers in Guiyang,Guizhou Province,with the help of Maslaki’s three-dimensional burnout theory.This paper first analyzes the current situation of social workers,so as to have a general understanding of social workers.This paper briefly describes the gender,age,marriage,education,income,job status,service field and development will of social workers.The study found that in Guiyang social work force,women social workers are more than men in terms of gender distribution,and young social workers are the main force in terms of age distribution.Among them,the proportion of social workers after 90 and 80 is the largest,and the social work force is younger.At the cultural level,most of the practitioners are high school,college and undergraduate students,and their academic qualifications are at the middle level;in terms of job status,social workers are less supervised,most of them are first-line social workers,and their income level is generally lower than the middle level;in terms of service areas,their service areas are more extensive,including correctional and detoxification services,obstacle services,relief services,youth services,etc.,but the distribution is uneven,and the most people are engaged in social work services for children;in terms of development will,the respondents’ s development will is higher,but the development motivation is insufficient,and in general,their actions are still lacking.Secondly,the relationship between the three dimensions of job burnout of social workers in Guiyang City is explored,and the present situation of job burnout is analyzed in detail.It is found that there is a great difference between the three dimensions of job burnout of social workers in Guiyang City,and its job burnout is generally in a low level.The overall performance is that the group has mild emotional exhaustion and de-personalization,and the sense of personal achievement is at a moderate level.The concrete manifestation is that the social worker does not appear the obvious physical and mental resources overdraft situation;in the work,also does not appear the special negative apathy tendency,its work competence feeling is generally in the medium level.However,Guiyang social workers always have a low level of job burnout.Thirdly,the influencing factors of job burnout of social workers in Guiyang are analyzed.In this paper,the factors affecting job burnout are obtained by single factor ANOVA and linear regression analysis.The study found that job satisfaction of social workers had a significant negative effect on job burnout,and job support and job stress had a significant effect on job burnout: the higher the job support,the lower the job burnout.The lower the job stress,the lower the job burnout,and the positive relationship between job stress and job burnout.Finally,according to the current situation of job burnout of social workers,this paper discusses some problems in social work policy from the perspective of social policy,and puts forward corresponding coping strategies from three angles:government level,social organization level and individual level,in order to alleviate the job burnout of social workers.
