Education poverty alleviation in fact can be interpreted as the economic development in less developed areas of education,it can make all the citizens both farmers and merchants can accept education,including through strengthening the construction of spiritual civ ilization and modern science and technology to the purpose of economic development and rational utilization of natural,is also the root of the current our country realize comprehensive poverty alleviation to become rich.Our party and government’s management of poverty alleviation through education mainly depends on the promulgation of some policies related to poverty alleviation through education.The management of poverty alleviation through education in our country depends on the existence of poverty alleviation policy through education,and it plays a very important role in promoting the comprehensive victory of well-off society in China by 2020.Since the reform and opening up,the Party and the state have paid unprecedented attention to the cause of p overty alleviation through education,and issued a series of related policies.Under the background of the new era,more difficult requirements have been put forward for the goal,subject,object,content,way and management of poverty alleviation policy through education.Therefore,the policy of poverty alleviation through education in the new era should be improved in the aspects of target policy,subject policy,object policy,content policy,approach policy and management policy.In this paper,based on the study of the related concepts in the education poverty alleviation policy,first of all,through the theoretical analysis and fact analysis constructs the content analysis of education since the reform and opening up policy for poverty alleviation in China standard,then use their own analysis of the standard for the specific content of the education policy for poverty alleviation,to find out the existing problems and the reasons for the formation of,finally for our country’s current education poverty alleviation policy put forward Suggestions for improvement.This paper mainly includes the following parts: First,the concept of our national poverty alleviation policy through education research.This part mainly explains the category and characterist ics of poverty alleviation policies through education by discussing the concepts of poverty alleviation through education and poverty alleviation policies through education and the connection between them.Secondly,the theoretical basis of our national poverty alleviation policy through education is studied.This part mainly relies on the subjective education policy view and the modern education poverty alleviation theory to provide the analytical basis.Thirdly,the factual foundation research of our national education poverty alleviation policy.This part provides a factual basis for the content analysis of China’s education poverty alleviation policy mainly by relying on the new work objectives proposed by the education poverty alleviation work under the background of the new era and the current situation of China’s and the world’s major developed countries’ education poverty alleviation work practice.From the second,China’s education poverty alleviation policy content analysis.This part first explains the analysis standard of education poverty alleviation policy content constructed through theoretical analysis and factual analysis,and then uses the analysis standard to analyze the content structure and specific details of China’s education poverty alleviation policy,and discusses the inherent shortcomings and causes.Finally,this part is the improvement research of China’s education poverty alleviation policy.According to the deficiencies and reasons of the content system structure and content of poverty alleviation policy in education at the present stage in China,relevant improvement schemes are put forward.
