| Based on the matching contradiction between China’s higher education talent cultivation and social talent demand,this paper takes college students’ career planning as the theme,and uses the method of questionnaire survey and interview research to study the following issues:Firstly,this paper had a systematic review of domestic and foreign academic literature on college students’ career planning,parental autonomous support and the relationship between them.Summarized the research results obtained and got the inspiration of this study from the review.Demonstrated the academic value of the study on the relationship between parental autonomous support and college students’ career planning.Secondly,defined the core concepts involved in this study,such as parental autonomous support,college students’ career planning and autonomous motivation.Thirdly,using the method of questionnaire and interview to study the internal logic between parental autonomous support and college students’ career planning.Among them,the questionnaire survey selected 446 college students,using the parental autonomous support scale and college students’ career planning questionnaire,to investigate the current situation of college students’ perceived parental autonomous support,career planning status and the correlation between the two.Interviewed six college students of different grades and genders to explore the mechanism of parental autonomous support,autonomous motivation and college students’ career planning.Finally,The questionnaire results were statistically analyzed.The correlation between parental autonomous support and college students’ career planning was found from the analysis results.This paper studied the interaction between parental autonomous support,autonomous motivation and college students’ career planning from a dynamic perspective through the grounded theory.From the results: 1.College students’ perceived degree of parental autonomous support is relatively high,there are two forms of active parental autonomous support and passive parental autonomous support,freshman and senior students’ perceived degree of parental autonomous support is higher than sophomore and junior students.2.The current career planning of college students is in an immature stage,there is a certain understanding of career planning,but in the career planning action is insufficient,and the situation of male career planning is better than that of female students;3.Parental autonomous support is positively correlated with college students’ career planning.The higher the degree of parental autonomous support perceived by college students,the better the situation of college students’ career planning.4.Parental autonomous support plays an important role in college students’ career planning through autonomous motivation.Research implications: 1.Parents provide more empathy for their children in terms of autonomous support,and provide different forms of autonomous support at different age and development stages;2.In the process of career planning guidance and education,we should focus on sophomores and juniors;3.Provide corresponding career planning guidance to parents. |
