Research On The Influencing Factors Of Local University Students’ Entrepreneurship Intentions

The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy and global economy,and this era has undoubtedly become the impetus for entrepreneurship.Due to the employment pressure,more and more college students choose to start their own businesses.At the same time,in order to relieve the employment pressure,the government also put forward the slogan of promoting employment through entrepreneurship.However,the proportion of college students starting their own businesses is not high,which makes many scholars study the factors that affect college students starting their own businesses.The main purpose of this study is to understand the actual situation of the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Huangshi,identify the key factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students,and explore the influence of these factors on the entrepreneurial intention of college students,so as to enhance the pertinence of entrepreneurship education for college students,and more effectively promote the entrepreneurial intention of college students.This research mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to study the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Huangshi.The factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of college students are summarized into three dimensions: self-cognition,university support and government support.Through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is found that Self-cognition has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,university entrepreneurial assistance has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,and government entrepreneurial assistance has a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention.The overall level of entrepreneurial intention of college students in Huangshi is not high,which is mainly due to the lack of entrepreneurial awareness and ability of college students,the lack of practical effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the assimilation of entrepreneurship education model,the lack of supporting policies from the government and the weak implementation of policies.To stimulate the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Huangshi requires the joint efforts of college students,universities and the government.Specifically,college students need to cultivate their own awareness of self-entrepreneurship,self-learning ability and actively participate in entrepreneurial practice;Colleges and universities should enrich the content of entrepreneurship education,strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship education teachers and perfect the platform of entrepreneurship education.Local governments should provide effective policy support and set up special entrepreneurial funds.
