Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Intention Of Higher Vocational College Students

In recent years,with the popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates keeps rising,and many college students are faced with the pressure of unemployment after graduation.With the increasingly tough domestic employment situation,the upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" is rising in the whole society.From the perspective of the development of education in China,higher vocational education has delivered a large number of professional and professional talents to all walks of life,and played an important role in promoting the development of national economy.At present,China is in the period of economic transformation,how to continue to give full play to the role of higher vocational students promoting the socio-economic development has become an important issue of the times.Therefore,this paper takes higher vocational students as the research object to explore the relevant factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students under the new situation.This study is based on social cognitive occupational theory.In order to fit the higher vocational students better,this paper adapts and adjusts the maturity scale on the basis of reference,eventually formed a questionnaire on influencing factors of entrepreneurship intention with four sub-scales:entrepreneurship self-efficacy,entrepreneurship outcome expectation,entrepreneurship interest and entrepreneurship intention.By means of questionnaire survey and interview research,this paper deeply explores the influencing factors and the main mechanism of entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students.Through the questionnaire analysis,the conclusion is drawn: among the factors of personal background,gender,the entrepreneurial experience of family members,relatives or acquaintances,and whether they have received entrepreneurial education have obvious influence on the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students;Among the three factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students,the entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial interest have positive effects on the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students;Entrepreneurial outcome expectation has a significant mediating effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention;The mediating effect of entrepreneurial interest on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial intention is not significant;Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has no significant mediating effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial interest.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward: carry ing out targeted entrepreneurship education to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of female vocational students;strengthening the mental health education;improving the higher vocational students’ mental bearing capacity;carrying out various forms of entrepreneurship education to meet the interests and needs of higher vocational students;building professional entrepreneurship education guidance institutions to enhance the professional degree of entrepreneurship guidance;organizing all kinds of entrepreneurship and innovation competitions to promote learning and exercise entrepreneurial ability in practice;playing an expected role in the outcome and provide timely assistance;consolidating the construction of support system and building a multi-support system.
