An Analysis Of The Evolution Law Of Internet Public Opinion Crisis In Colleges And Universities Research On The Development And Governance

With the arrival of the web2.0 era and the development of Internet mobile terminals,mobile Internet has gradually become the main medium of public opinion dissemination.Network public opinion is based on the traditional media public opinion on the Internet as a mobile communication platform,network comments as a communication carrier to express the views of users.The network public opinion crisis caused by the public crisis event,if not managed,will cause the offline crisis again,and the risk superposition may occur.With the increasing influence on political life and social stability,people begin to realize the great effect of network public opinion on society.As a new type of social communication media,Weibo has become an indispensable new social network tool in China,although it has only been used in a few years.Based on life cycle theory,stakeholder theory and network communication theory,this paper comprehensively uses case analysis method,social network analysis method,drawing system dynamics causality map and so on.The article is mainly divided into five chapters:the first chapter introduces the introduction;the second chapter defines the main body of this paper and expounds the theoretical basis;the third chapter excavates its influencing factors by constructing the dynamic model of the network public opinion crisis system in colleges and universities.Based on this,the target cases are selected to sort out the events,and then the evolution law of the whole life cycle of the network public opinion crisis events in colleges and universities is deduced.In order to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the results,the Python is used to capture Weibo background data.By Ucinet the visualization of the number and transmission path of the connected nodes,the structural characteristics of the network of public opinion in colleges and universities are obtained.The above research plays an important role in strengthening the supervision of public opinion information and ensuring the stability of the country,and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
