Research On The Mechanism Of "Social Worker + Neighborhood Workshop" To Promote Resident Autonomy

Community governance is absolutely necessary link in the modernization of national governance and residents’ autonomy is an important part of it.Under the guidance of social capital theory,neighborhood assistance program,for example research community social workers how to use neighborhood workshops as a medium to play the role of neighborhood social capital to cultivate community social capital,thereby promoting residents’ autonomy,and exploring this model.The mechanism for promoting the autonomy of residents has important theoretical and practical significance.The research methods of this study include unstructured interview method,participatory observation and literature review.First,through combing the existing literature,we understand the current research status of community social capital,neighborhood social capital and residents’ autonomy,as well as the effect of community social capital in the promotion of community residents’ autonomy,and lay the foundation for the following research.Then,through field research on the P community in Z Street,the daily work situation of the neighborhood in P community is understood.Taking the neighborhood mutual assistance project as an example,the process of promoting community residents’ autonomy under the linkage mode of social worker + neighborhood workshop is analyzed,and how it cultivates community social capital thus promotes the autonomy of residents is explored,and its mechanism is summarized.Through the study,it is found that social workers in P community rely on neighborhood workshop,play the role of neighborhood,enhance social capital by mining the backbone of community residents,cultivating and incubating community social organizations,and effectively promote community residents’ autonomy.According to the practice experience of P in the community,from the perspective of familiar with trusted identity to participate in the four induce social work + neighborhood workshop linkage mode promote residents autonomy mechanism to promote the familiar to improve residents’ trust strengthening the community identity and consolidate four aspects involved in actual effect,hope can be used in other areas neighborhood fang help promote residents autonomy.
