Exploration On Pattern Of Urban Community Resident Autonomy Involved By Social Work

In the process China city community construction and development,construction and development of community is the city grass-roots massself-management and self-development of fertile soil, and the autonomous cityresidents are related to the development of community harmony and stability and longperiod of stability state. At present, about the city community inhabitant autonomyfrom the aspect of theory, scholars have conducted in-depth discussion, but for theintervention of professional social work involves in autonomous city residents theproblem does not appear on the in-depth study of large-scale, the lack of empiricalresearch support, professional social work for the autonomous city residents of theintervention model, practical strategies, the lack of specific discussion. In modern,Social work in city community inhabitant autonomy is a new starting point in citycommunity construction.Based on the analysis of the social work intervention status of X communityand difficulties, the city community inhabitant autonomy of the new model of “socialguide+asset based” in city community management practice.“Social guide+assetbased” model is the center of social work and community service can use a systemlinking capital to effectively support the community residents autonomy. The authorbased on the professional training carried out of the experience of social workintervention in community construction, using literature analysis, case study method,and action method research such as research methods to explore patterns of socialwork intervention in self-governance among urban residents. This article attemptsthrough the analysis of "social guide+assets for guidance on communityconstruction and community capacity building of social work to use their professionalknowledge, skills, methods of this" mode and asset based community assets inpractice of establishing links support network, an individual and group hidden assets,development assistance system and cultivating the volunteer spirit integration ofresources involved in the play and the effective use of function, to explore the "socialguide+assets for the operation process of the" model, including the establishment of relations, organize community assets list, leading community capacity building,promoting community organizations, community organizations and tracking mode ofoperation to assess the effect of six stages.
