Research On The Technical And Tactical "First Four Hits" Features Of Japanese Elite Female Table Tennis Player Mima Ito

The 2021 Tokyo Olympics is about to be open,and the "China-Japan war" in the table tennis world is about to be staged.Until the Tokyo Olympics,Mima Ito will replace the position of the No.2 seed player in the singles match,which will become a huge hidden danger for the national table tennis championship.The use of skills and tactics has become the focus of scientific research for the Chinese women’s table tennis team;in addition,how Mima Ito uses "special play" to defeat the more comprehensive "conventional play" is also a question worthy of in-depth exploration.The purpose of the research is to analyze the technical and tactical advantages and disadvantages of the first four boards of Mima Ito in the competition,provide data reference for the Chinese women’s table tennis team to prepare for the Tokyo Olympics,and provide guidance for the training of reserve talents for gradual particle play.I have used literature data method,three-stage statistical method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,expert interview method,conducted the first four board technical and tactical statistics and analysis of Mima Ito’s 20 international competitions,and reached the following conclusions through research:1.From the analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics of the serve,Mima Ito’s serve technology is the dominant technology.The quality of serve is outstanding among the world’s female table tennis players.The combination of skills and tactics of serve and steals are varied;the third board forehand offensive technique is fast and tough,but the backhand attack technique mainly uses the characteristics of granular glue to change the speed,drop point and arc to improve the offensive quality,and the overall rotation and strength of the third board technique are weak.2.From the analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics of the receiving stage,Mima Ito’s innovative technology for backhand receiving and serving has improved her backhand receiving ability;the fourth board’s articulation technology basically gave up on defense,and chose counterattack technology to hit the ball with a clear sense of fighting.,But her forehand ability to receive and serve is weak,especially in the interference of short control and challenge technical errors.3.From the analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics of the first four boards in the opening and the final game,Mima Ito entered the statage slowly at the beginning,but with the quality of her will was tenacious,turning defeat into a strong ability to win;yet in the final game,the first four boards showed an equal performance in the opening and grabbing stages,her performance is particularly outstanding,showing a better psychological quality.4.Based on the analysis of the first four board’s overall techniques and tactics,Mima Ito performed better in receiving and grabbing than in starting and grabbing,showing excellent counter-speed,arcing and landing points of the three major elements of table tennis.The ability to control the game,but lacks the ability in the two competitive elements of rotation and strength;the overall technical and tactics implement the "fast,hard,and change" of the table tennis winning factors,and the "precision" and "revolution" need to be improved.
