This paper revolves around the features of technical skills and strategy analysis of Ding Ning, who is Chinese outstanding women table tennis players. There are 6 major international events to be studied from technology, path and location. They were analyzed from two aspects of global and local including the construction of tactics, goal average, technology combination, path combination and location combination. The technique showed by Ding in major international competition was analyzed in detail. The results have the model function to the training in the future. It has a certain practical significance.The conclusion is as follows:1) The service of Ding mainly focuses on mid-way, the second is backhand, and the final is forehand. Score made by service and lost by reception mainly focus on the opening and the middle of the game. The score made by service is little in the final part of the game.2) The score made by reception rate and the change rule are the same with service. It's mean that the quality of receipt can be guaranteed in the opening and middle stage. It has strong threat, and high scoring rate. But in the end, the return amount is low in the process of the key shot, and resulting in a decline on scoring rate. On the whole, the use effect of backhand is better than forehand on receiving linking. The location and path of side offensive are more. But the stability is bad. The path of backhand can be changed according to the opponent's stance between the center and diagonal lines. The main strategy of forehand is the diagonal long lines. The regularity is distinct, and it's easy to be rivaled.3) The advantage of service round is obviously, and the scoring rate is higher than receipt round. It's because of that the outstanding service technique of Ding can create the opportunity for the third cricket attack. And there is a good offensive awareness to implement the tactical of initiative. Threat by ding forehand attack technique, the location of the opponent receipt focus on the backhand or middle position of Ding.
