In this article,ITO Mima’s technical and tactical skills are analyzed by observing the 30 major international competitions of ITO Mima’s main rival from 2017 to 2019.Data statistics and analysis are used aiming at provide a reference basis for the Chinese table tennis team’s skills and tactics.In general,with a strong aggressiveness,ITO Mima always take the initiative to attack,and attack with more more-decisive moves.ITO Mima also has a strong consciousness of placement and line.She often tricky with the rotation and the angle of ball actively in order to keep opponents on the run which could create opportunities of victory.Her technology is relatively good at close-table.The high-speed rhythm helps her put down opponents effectively.On the other hand,ITO Mima shows poor rally capacity and a low scoring rate when defending at medium or far-from-table.At the stage of starting segment,ITO Mima served mainly with a hook-handed serve.After the serve,her attack is very active,usually by bouncing the spin from backboard to the opponent’s backhand position.She conducts fifth ball attack by using a forehand and backhand attack technology to make continuous attacks.At this stage,ITO Mima can take the initiative to change the line,with a fast pace and a large angle.In the snatching section,ITO Mima receives proactively.She majorly returns forehand short ball by backhand.She tends to defense at fourth and sixth ball,which makes it difficult to get rid of passive situation.In a stalemate,the usage rate of backhand bounce topspin is higher than that of forehand.Backhand is used more often than forehand,but the forehand was scored more than the backhand.The scoring rate of forehand and flank is high.The line is mainly from the backhand position to the opponent’s backhand position.In a stalemate at the receiving wheel,the utilization rate of the forehand and backhand attack is balanced,and the scoring rate of the two is relatively similar.The drop point is closer to the opponent’s backhand position,and the change to the opponent’s forehand position is less.On the circuit,forehand shots are used more often in straight lines.
