Research On The Construction Of First-Class Major In Physical Education Colleges Under The Background Of "Double Ten Thousand Plan"

In April 2019,the Ministry of Education issued a notice to launch the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" to build first-class undergraduate programs.From 2019 to 2021,10,000 national first-class professional programs and 10,000 provincial first-class professional programs will be built.Among them,the number of first-class majors of sports science is147.The application conditions point out that each major should deepen the reform of the major,optimize the structure of the major,focus on advantages to create a characteristic major.Major construction is the basic project of running a university,which is directly related to the quality of talent training,the level of running a school,the characteristics of running a school and the benefits of running a school.First-class professional construction for the sports colleges and universities of professional construction brings the opportunity of the development of sports colleges and universities in the process of cultivating and building first-class professional,will optimize the subject system,allocate education resources,promote the teaching research and reform,innovative talent training mode,improve the quality of personnel training,school education strength and the comprehensive competitiveness.Therefore,the construction of first-class majors plays an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of physical education colleges.In this paper,the recreational sports in wuhan institute of physical education specialty construction as the research object,USES the literature material method,expert interview method,case study method,SWOT analysis,the wuhan sports college leisure on the construction of professional sports is studied,and the method of SWOT to wuhan sports college leisure sports professional strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges are analyzed.The advantages of leisure sports specialty construction in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education are as follows: a good foundation for specialty construction,a clear goal for talent training and emphasis on teaching practice reform;The disadvantages are:imperfect curriculum system,insufficient standardization of social practice,limited funds for running schools;Opportunities lie in the following: the national strategic needs of powerful sports countries,the rapid development of sports industry;The market shortage of leisure sports talents;The challenge lies in that the construction of first-class majors has not yet formed specific standards and competition from other colleges and majors.According to the results of SWOT analysis,it is proposed to strengthen the education of students’ career planning.Standardize the practice teaching link;Strengthen the construction of teachers;Highlight professional characteristics;Optimizing course structure;Expand the enrollment scale;Increase capital investment;Actively participate in professional certification evaluation;Establish a feedback system for graduates.
