| The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" promulgated by the State Council proposes to improve the establishment of secondary and higher vocational schools and standardize the establishment of vocational colleges in accordance with the requirements for the docking between the teaching process and the production process.Secondary vocational education is an important foundation for popularizing high school education and building a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.It explores the theoretical logic and practical mode of the docking between the teaching process and the production process of the secondary vocational school,and promotes the deepening of the integration of production and education and the school-enterprise cooperation in the secondary vocational school.Reforming the education model has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this research analyzes the theoretical logic of the docking between the teaching process and the production process of vocational colleges,and confirms that the evolution logic of the docking between the teaching process and the production process originates from the classification of knowledge.The Chinese Classics "learning by doing" Discussing with the theory of "learning by doing" and other theories,the theory of "integration of production and education" is finally formed.The generative logic is mainly embodied in the theory of the unity of knowledge and action,which inherited the concept of the unity of knowledge and action in ancient my country,and put it into the concrete practice of modern vocational education.Practical logic is embodied in promoting students to learn in a variety of ways to realize the unity of knowledge and action.The development logic focuses on "enhancing the adaptability of vocational education" in the new era.In order to scientifically evaluate the current situation of the docking between the teaching process and the production process of secondary vocational schools,this research has created an evaluation tool for the docking between the teaching process and the production process of secondary vocational schools.Three specific majors in three secondary vocational schools in H Province were selected to investigate and evaluate the current situation of the docking between the teaching process and the production process.At the same time,it analyzed the docking between the teaching process and the production process of 3 specific teaching items in 3 majors,and clarified the specific problems in the docking between the teaching process and the production process of secondary vocational schools.The existing four docking methods of secondary vocational schools have been transformed into four practical modes,and the specific steps of the selection methods and application of various modes are explained.This study found that there are various forms of docking between the teaching process and the production process in secondary vocational schools,and the docking methods and methods need to be determined based on the specific characteristics of the profession.At the same time,there are also problems such as the docking environment,process and effects that are still not ideal.Based on the current status of the development of secondary vocational education in my country and in response to specific problems,this research proposes specific measures to promote the docking between the teaching process and the production process of secondary vocational schools.The specific measures include: strengthening the construction of the "double-qualified" teacher team and building a high level Production and education integration training base,actively promote the process of curriculum reform,speed up the preparation of new professional course materials,increase investment in the construction of student practice training bases,and explore the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics. |
