As an important teaching medium,textbook plays an important role in the development of vocational education.In recent years,the country pays more attention to the construction of textbook,constantly improves the relevant policies and systems,and actively carries out the research on the theory of textbook.Although the textbook market is booming and the number of textbooks is growing rapidly,the quality of textbooks has not been improved at the same time.Researchers pay more attention to the current situation of the use of textbook and a certain link of production,and lack of combing the overall production process.The marketization of textbook production makes the production subject numerous,and different production subjects will take different processes for textbook production.This study is helpful to sort out the production mode of vocational education textbooks,so as to optimize the production of vocational education textbooks and better manage them.Through the method of literature research,this study analyzes the current information on the construction and production development of vocational education textbooks,understands the current research perspective and ideas,and combs the production process of vocational education textbooks in China,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the next research.Interview method is the main method of this study.After compiling the semi-structured interview outline,we selected four powerful and authoritative publishing houses,twelve vocational colleges,one education administrative department and one scientific research institute,a total of 20 subjects for interview.After recording and transcribing the interview,I use nvivo11 software to encode the transcribed materials in three levels,and finally form eight core codes,which are the reasons for textbook production,the selection of textbook production personnel,the quality management in textbook production,the cooperation with enterprises in textbook production,the effect of textbook production,the convenience of textbook production,the difficulties and problems in textbook production,and the main body of production The attitude and view of different teaching material production mode.Based on the above two ways,this study reveals the current situation of the production mode of vocational education textbooks in China,and on this basis,deeply analyzes the existing problems and reasons,so as to put forward suggestions for optimizing the production mode of vocational education textbooks and creating high-quality textbooks.This study analyzes the theoretical basis of the production mode of vocational education textbooks,and finds that the current management of vocational education textbook tends to be market-oriented.While paying attention to the vitality it brings to the development of textbook,we must also pay attention to the role of the government.Only in this way can we really guide the development of vocational education textbook to high quality.On this basis,this study from the actual production practice of vocational education textbook,through interviews with the publishing house and the author of textbook,found that the main body of production mainly includes five categories,namely publishing house,industry enterprise,education administrative department,scientific research institute,individual,production process from topic selection to final publication can be roughly divided into three kinds,teaching material production mode has the overall situation And the characteristics of complexity.The current situation of textbook production mode is very complex.In terms of personnel organization,it includes three situations: the selection of the author,the arrangement and combination of the staff in each link of the publishing house,and the selection of the publishing unit by the production subject such as teachers.Through the in-depth analysis of the production subject and production process,it is found that there are many modes in the production of vocational education textbooks in China,teachers are the key subject of vocational education textbook production,publishers are the important organizers of vocational education textbook production,and the production subject plays a leading role in the production process.Different production modes have different features.Based on this,the main body of production has formed three different attitudes towards the production mode: the first is that vocational colleges should be the main body in the production of vocational education textbook;the second is that the publishing house should be the main body in the production of vocational education textbook;the third is that all kinds of main bodies in the production of vocational education textbook have limitations.In addition,there are still many deficiencies in the current production mode: the textbook market is lack of order,the threshold of textbook publishing is too low,the quality of textbooks is not good,and there is exclusiveness in the selection of textbooks;the team is formed at random,the responsibilities of team members are not clear,the selection criteria are unclear,and the ability of members is uneven;the production process is lack of standardization and scientific;the textbook innovation is mere formality,and the update speed of textbooks is slow There are contradictions between teachers’ self-development and textbook compilation,between publishers’ educational attributes and market orientation,and between Vocational Colleges and publishing houses’ production purposes.On the basis of theoretical research and practical investigation,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed: the concept of textbook is not updated in time,the function of textbook and the development theory of textbook are not mastered;the production system of textbook is not perfect,the main body of production and production process are not standardized,the refinement of relevant systems is not in place,and the guarantee system is not in place;the production team of textbook is not perfect,and the team members are divided into three groups The professional level needs to be improved.In view of the above problems and reasons,this study puts forward targeted improvement measures: first,deepen the theoretical research of vocational education textbook,strengthen the research of vocational education textbook and teaching material view,further improve the theory of teaching material development,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the production of textbook;second,improve the production system of vocational education textbook,strengthen the research of textbook The standard construction of vocational education,the establishment of vocational education teaching material production access system,while the development of vocational education teaching material production guide,the main responsibility and production process are standardized and clear,strengthen the protection and support of the main body;finally,the optimization of vocational education teaching material production team,the formation of professional,comprehensive production team,and regular training The key is to give full play to the guidance of government departments and the effective guidance of scientific research institutes.
