Research On The Intervention System Of College Students’ Psychological Crisis

With the deepening of China’s social reform and the intersection and collision of eastern and Western cultures,people’s pace of life is accelerating and social competit ion is becoming more and more fierce.In recent years,the suicide rate of college stu dents has increased year by year,and gradually become a social hot spot.People begi n to realize the importance of establishing and improving the psychological crisis inter vention system of college students.The article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,re search methods and innovation.The second part is an overview of College Students’ psychological crisis intervention system,including the definition of relevant concepts,r elevant theoretical basis and the importance of College Students’ psychological crisis i ntervention.The third part describes the current situation of College Students’ psychol ogical crisis intervention system,explores the existing problems and analyzes the caus es of the problems.The fourth part is to put forward the Countermeasures of constru cting college students’ psychological crisis intervention system.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,conversation and mathematical statistics.By searching the academic papers and other works on psychological crisis intervention,selecting and studying the relevant literature,this paper explores the research rules and ideas,and from the perspective of psychology,combined with educational psychology,developmental psychology and other psychological theories,probes into the preventive measures and intervention programs of psychological crisis,aiming to put forward effective suggestions on the crisis intervention system and its operation mechanism in Colleges and universities So that it can actively take corresponding measures,further targeted to build college students’ psychological crisis intervention system,and ultimately effectively enhance students’ psychological adjustment,social adaptation and frustration tolerance,improve students’ psychological quality,cultivate students’ good personality psychological quality,and shape students’ sound personality.
