Junior high school students are not yet mature physically and mentally,their mental state is unstable,their cognitive structure is incomplete,their mental and physical maturity levels are inconsistent,and they are strongly dependent on family and society.Therefore,this group is more likely to have various psychological problems.Depression,as a negative emotion,will seriously affect people’s work,study and life.With the acceleration of social development and the pace of life,the number of patients with depression has increased significantly,and adolescents have become the fastest growing group of patients with depression.Therefore,the mental health of adolescents has quickly received attention from all walks of life.Recent studies have shown that ruminating thinking is the core of the psychopathological mechanism of depression.When a person experiences depression,negative self-blame thoughts frequently appear in his brain.This is a negative way of thinking,which may evolve into a serious mental illness,which will cause great harm to students’ physical and mental health.The Fang Shuren Drawing Test(H-T-P),as a psychological projection test,allows the subjects to reduce or let go of their mental alertness during the drawing process,and present their inner state intuitively and first-person perspective with the help of drawing methods.For the collection of subliminal information and implicit processing evaluation,it is a very practical means with potential for theoretical exploration.Specifically,in this research,the relationship between ruminating thinking and Fang Shuren’s painting characteristics is a scientific problem,and the research goal is to explore the characteristics of ruminating thinking painting of junior high school students.This study uses the questionnaire survey method,taking the class as a unit,to each of the five provinces of Liaoning,Zhejiang,Shandong,Shanxi,and Jiangxi to give questionnaires and Fang Shuren painting test to each of the five provinces.The subjects of the survey are those in the first to third grades.student.After the questionnaire was collected,according to the scores and scoring standards of the Rumination Thinking Scale(RRS),they were divided into ruminant and normal groups.Then consulted the research literature of the Fang Shuren Painting Test(H-T-P),and combined with the advice of experts,selected painting characteristics that can effectively reflect ruminant thinking to encode the subjects’ paintings.After coding,the data obtained was sorted and imported into the statistical software SPSS.Finally,the statistical test and regression analysis of Fang Shuren’s painting characteristics were carried out,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The overall detection rate of ruminant thinking among junior high school students is 51.56%,which confirms the universality of ruminant thinking among junior high school students;(2)In the two dimensions of grade and left-behind characteristics,the scores of ruminating thinking of junior high school students are significantly different;(3)After logistic regression analysis,the six characteristics of Fang Shuren’s painting test are entered into the equation: "Fang Shuren’s painting is incomplete or very simple","the three have obvious sense of distance","trembling roof","squashed tree crown",and"missing figures" "And "the characters are very small",which can be used as the judging factors of the ruminating thinking status of junior high school students.In order to verify the effectiveness of these six painting characteristics in predicting ruminant thinking,another batch of subjects was selected for test verification.The application process and the above conclusion exploration process are reversed.First,the drawing test is performed for all,and then the characteristic group and the non-characteristic group are respectively tested for the ruminant thinking scale,using recall and precision to determine Measure the effect of painting feature prediction,and then verify the effectiveness of the above six painting features in the evaluation of ruminating thinking of junior high school students.In the end,it was confirmed that the four painting characteristics of "the house tree is incomplete or very simple","trembling roof","missing characters",and "small characters" are stable,and its recall and accuracy are good and predictable.The ruminating thinking status of junior high school students.In short,this novel measurement method can overcome the concealment and practice effects of traditional self-reporting scales,effectively overcome the subject ’ s alert and defensive psychology,and avoid the emergence of distortion problems,so as to truly understand the subject ’ s psychological characteristics and capture Its potential psychological conflict.This research may not only provide a new measurement tool for psychometric practice and enrich the methods of mental health measurement and evaluation.In the future,it can also be combined with artificial intelligence technology(AI)to develop related software based on machine learning and image recognition.The drawing features of the subjects are automatically imported into the analysis software,and the results are reported immediately.Thus,large-scale online psychological screening can be carried out conveniently,quickly and intelligently.Of course,in large-scale psychological screening,the conclusion is only established at the group level,and cannot directly affect the counseling case.
