Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Primary School Career Education

Primary school career education is the use of systematic methods to guide students to enhance the understanding of self-cognition and life development,promote students in the growth process to choose to adapt to change and career planning development of career education activities,and in primary school career education,to improve the core quality of primary school students,cultivate the ability of lifelong learning and the ability to adapt to the society is of very important significance.In the process of research,300 questionnaires and case analysis were used to investigate 300 primary school students and their teachers to fully understand the implementation of primary school career education.With the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(2001 Trial)and the Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-20),the understanding,implementation,evaluation and implementation guarantee of primary career education(2010-2020)were investigated.Through the investigation,in the process of implementing career education in X Primary School,there are problems in insufficient understanding of their own ability characteristics and character,insufficient cognition and implementation of primary school teachers,insufficient evaluation of career education and insufficient guarantee of primary school career education.Strengthening primary school career education is an inevitable measure to promote the all-round development and lifelong development of students,and also an inevitable requirement for deepening the comprehensive reform of education in China’s basic stage and implementing moral education and mental health education in the new stage.Therefore,guided by the development of primary school career education,this paper proposes the following three strategies:to assist students to explore themselves to improve the career planning ability of primary school students;to enhance the teacher career education concept to enhance the teacher education competence;to strengthen the school career education guarantee to promote the smooth progress of career education.This study will continue to move forward on the basis of the original research,provide theoretical and practical support for the development of primary school career education,and provide reference opinions for the implementation of career education in first-line primary schools.
