An Investigation And Study On The Education Of Juvenile Children 's Stage

In this study, the author takes full advantages of his working in the military to put forward some issues on the education of children from military families. With the help of literature research method, investigation method, interviewing method as well as statistical method, a comparatively comprehensive research has been given to fully understand the basic status of educational difficulties of serviceman children. Some difficulties found in this study are as followings:difficulty of having a good family education, difficulty of enrolling in a high-quality school, difficulty of receiving a good social education. With the knowledge of pedagogy, psychology as well as sociology, the study has analyzed the serious effects by those difficulties:many psychological problems, salient social behavior problems and unsatisfactory scholastic attainments, etc. From the perspective of mathematics, the study reflects deeply that the great effects of the educational environment by finding out that the main reason of children’s unsatisfactory scholastic attainments is the family background and the educational quality. Having analyzed those problems of the serviceman children’s education, the reasons of which were found as followings:military families are greatly influenced by the fast development of socialist market economy; better education of their children have been limited by the particularity of being an active serviceman; social security system is flawed; educational resources are distributed unequally etc. Findings through analyses show that the most conspicuous problem is to choose where to study. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to do a mathematical modeling according to data that has been collected through diagnoses and a kind of software named Yaahp is used to solve this mathematical modeling to offer some reliable suggestions for the serviceman families to choose where their children to study. Finally, suggestions for national policy will be put forward on the basis of making great combination of the reasons from investigation and the conclusion of modeling, and experiences abroad will be listed for reference. All of these want to achieve the final goal which is to appeal some relevant departments of state and military to complete security system for the education of military children. In this way, these children can choose a proper place to study and have a better education. Meanwhile, negative influences towards their education, brought by objective factors, can be decreased to some extent. As a result of that, children of military families can be better educated and the harmony of military families can be reinforced. On the basis of two improvements above, there will be a better development both in the military construction and the nation-building.
