The history of postgraduate education in the world can be traced back as early as to 1810. Recently postgraduate education develops quickly in American, England, and Japan etc. In China, it was a process from none to existence and gradually developed to standardization. The entire qualification was also improving. With the high size of graduate education, how to establishing graduate pedagogy is our country urgent affairs. This paper tries to explore the issue in three parts. The first part introduces the history and significance of establishing postgraduate pedagogy. The second part analyzes the problem and reason of establishing postgraduate pedagogy .The third part aims to work out solutions to the problems of establishing postgraduate pedagogy. In this paper, measures and methods proposed gave a bright way for establishing graduate pedagogy and had great use for reference.
