| The emergence of my country’s ethnic preparatory education policy has provided more ethnic minority students with opportunities to receive undergraduate and junior college education.As far as Inner Mongolia is concerned,affected by historical culture and regional environment,after entering the university,Mongolian preparatory students will have psychological,learning,interpersonal and cultural discomforts due to cultural background,living customs,language and other factors.problem.Therefore,this study adopts qualitative research methods,taking Mongolian preparatory students in Inner Mongolia as the research object,guided by the values of social work,and supported by ecosystem theory,to conduct an in-depth analysis of the social adaptation problems of Mongolian preparatory students.Through research,it is found that the Mongolian preparatory course suffers from problems such as weak basic education,insufficient Chinese language ability,lack of self-confidence,lack of learning plans,lack of communication skills,fuzzy future career planning,and pressure caused by differences in language and regional culture.Based on the analysis of interview data and reference to relevant academic research results,this research uses social work values,professional theories and unique methods,and focuses on the micro-individual system,the meso-level peer group and school system,and the macro-social environment and cultural system.At the level,propose strategies to change the cognition of Mongolian preparatory students,establish a support network for Mongolian preparatory students,and promote the transformation of Mongolian preparatory students’ ecosystem environment,in order to effectively solve the social adaptation problem of Mongolian preparatory students and provide a professional ethnic society The development of work provides a broader space. |
