At present,there are still many problems in vocational education in China,such as weak social attraction,relatively backward development concept,insufficient participation of industry and enterprise,relatively old talent training mode,relatively weak basic ability,unreasonable hierarchical structure,imperfect basic system and low degree of nationalization.The vocational education system does not meet the requirements of speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development.As an important part of vocational education,Secondary vocational education,represented by secondary vocational schools,undertakes the fundamental task of training junior and intermediate vocational and technical personnel to meet the needs of economic development,"school-enterprise cooperation,industry-education integration",and gradually constructs a practical personnel training mode of work-study combination.It has become the core and important way for vocational schools to comprehensively improve their governance ability and solve the "shortage of technicians" in human resources in China.Actively exploring and perfecting the school-enterprise cooperative education mode of secondary vocational education is conducive to enriching the academic research of practical teaching of vocational education,and to clarifying the development goals and positioning of secondary vocational schools under the new situation.It is conducive to promoting the innovation and development of vocational education personnel training mode.This paper adopts the case study method to study the school-enterprise cooperative education mode of A secondary vocational school.In the process of research,firstly,the concept and types of the cooperation model between vocational education and school-enterprise are clarified."Resource dependence theory","constructivism" and "enterprise strategic alliance" are selected as the theoretical basis of this paper,and SWOT strategic analysis method is used as a tool.Secondly,through comparative analysis of the implementation of school-enterprise cooperative education mode in the United States,Germany and Australia and their respective characteristics,this paper puts forward the reference value for the development of vocational education in China.The third research analysis based on A secondary vocational school of resource dependency theory resources of school-enterprise cooperation ability,by way of questionnaire and interview to A secondary vocational schools in the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation elements and collection of information,including: teacher resources,facilities,social relations,etc.,and then SWOT analysis summarizes the present situation of resource matching and the insufficiency.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies and concrete measures from the three levels of school,enterprise and government.Thus draw the conclusion: school-enterprise cooperation education mode has the characteristics of systemic and policy,its superiority into full play depends not only on schools and enterprises to participate in the interaction of the subject,also is subject to the government macroeconomic policy guidance,which is the result of many factors synergy together: the government from the macroscopic level,should perfect and improve the system security;The school should adjust the thought and orientation of running the school,scientifically and rationally uses the internal and external environment to comprehensively improve the efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation mode;Enterprises should give full play to their initiative and social responsibility.
