Migrant workers have made a great contribution to the development of the society.After China’s reform and opening up,a large number of surplus rural labor force to the city.Urban incomes are relatively higher than those in the countryside,and they are eager to improve their families’ living conditions by working in cities.In this case,there is a group of children of migrant workers,and their education has received attention from all walks of life.With the deepening of the process of nationalization in China,China has introduced a series of systems and policies,especially after the introduction of the "two-oriented" policy,which endowed all children with the basic right to go to school in cities.This,to some extent,solves the problem of the difficulty in getting into school for the children of migrant workers.However,this does not mean that the education of the children of migrant workers is truly integrated.After entering school,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors,it is difficult for the children of migrant workers,a social vulnerable group,to integrate into the new learning environment and living environment,and the quality of education is greatly reduced.This is not only not conducive to the development of the children of migrant workers,but also the construction of a harmonious society.To this end,this article has carried on the thorough discussion on the migrant workers’ accompanying children’s education integration problem.First of all,this topic,from the perspective of the related theory,taking A city as an example,with the method of questionnaire,from the relationship between teachers and students,learning attitude,the relationship between teachers and students,and other dimensions design of the questionnaire,understand A city migrant workers trailing children in the school,hardware facilities and the education resources and school level,through the survey data for in-depth understanding of the migrant workers trailing provide effective reference for children education into the problem.Combined with the interview method,the author investigated the current situation of the integration of the education of the children of migrant workers in A city,and summarized the problems encountered in the integration of the education of the children of migrant workers in A city.In order to better solve these problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the integration of education from the aspects of teachers,students themselves,families andpolicies.Finally,according to the reason analysis,the effective solution measures are put forward.This paper hopes to make A certain contribution to the integration of children’s education in A city by studying the problems and countermeasures of the integration of children’s education in A city.
