Educational equity not only highlights the basic connotation and value of educational modernization,but also embodies the content of socialist core values,and is the extension and embodiment of the value of social equity in the field of education.With the introduction of some new policies in recent years,the municipal government has adopted a series of new measures.Under the influence of these events,whether the educational equity in Shanghai has changed? What is the current situation of education equity in Shanghai? Is the new educational environment conducive to the improvement of learning and comprehensive quality of migrant workers? This series of problems has become a new topic we are facing now.It is also the main content and innovation of this paper.This paper takes compulsory education of the children of migrant workers in Shanghai as the main research content,and discusses the situation of compulsory education of the children of migrant workers in general.On the basis of previous studies on compulsory education of migrant children,this paper uses the successful experience of compulsory education of migrant children at home and abroad for reference,conducts an investigation through interviews and questionnaires,and studies the influence of family,school and society on compulsory education of migrant children.Based on the analysis of the above aspects,this paper attempts to start from the existing school experience and lessons,to find an effective way to solve the current exam-oriented education mode of the migrant children education fair development dilemma,to promote the fair and reasonable development of compulsory education in Shanghai.This paper aims at the existing resources and policies,how to maximize the solution to the migrant children in the process of accepting compulsory education unfair problems.On the basis of relevant research,the author compiled a questionnaire according to the actual situation,and used the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the relocated children's willingness to learn in public schools and their perception of school education equity.Then Excel and SPSS software were used to analyze the results of the questionnaire.At the same time,this paper takes the children of migrant workers in two schools in Shanghai as the subjects of questionnaire survey,through random interviews to the children of migrantworkers and their parents,teachers of public schools in-depth investigation,through in-depth interviews to understand the current situation of migrant workers' children in Shanghai public schools,as well as the study of public schools.The school authorities and teachers' opinions on Shanghai students and migrant children were interviewed to further understand the current development of migrant children of migrant workers in school integration and learning.According to the results of this survey,only 5% of the migrant workers' children recognized their excellent academic performance,32% thought their academic performance was poor;14% of the students thought they were unfairly treated in the interpersonal relationship survey;according to the interview results,the migrant workers' children were currently accepted as excellent students.There are still some problems in compulsory education for children,such as too high entrance threshold,different treatment in the process of school education,and low willingness to learn.Through this study,we find that the unfair phenomenon of compulsory education of migrant children still exists.The main reasons for these problems are: the current policy system in China is imperfect,such as compulsory education,financial expenditure,unfair management of schools for migrant children,and low willingness to learn.Therefore,in order to improve the fairness of compulsory education,the concept of fairness needs to be upgraded,then further improve the system,improve school conditions,enhance the willingness of children to learn and make up for the lack of family education through distance education.
