Research On Career Education In Secondary Vocational Schools

Career education has gradually become the focus of Vocational Education in China.It is necessary for secondary vocational schools to study and develop career education,which is also related to the sustainable development of secondary vocational school students in their future career.The "career education" of secondary vocational colleges in China started late.Although some beneficial attempts have been made in some economically developed areas,it is still in the exploration stage as a whole.In the process of implementation,there are many problems,such as the low degree of specialization and the weak participation of enterprises in society。Based on the existing research,this paper takes five secondary vocational schools in Tianjin as an example,adopts the research method of combining questionnaire survey and interview,aiming to understand the current situation of Vocational Education in Tianjin secondary vocational schools,objectively analyzes the problems existing in the process of Vocational Education in Tianjin secondary vocational schools and the causes of the problems,and then puts forward some suggestions Feasible and targeted suggestions.This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter summarizes the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of research,literature review and research methods,defines the relevant concepts of occupation,career,career education,and introduces the theoretical basis of career education and the role of these theories in career education.The second chapter investigation and analysis of the current situation of Vocational Education in Secondary Vocational Schools.In this part,the questionnaire and interview are used to investigate the development of vocational education of some students and teachers in five secondary vocational schools in Tianjin,and spss22.0 is used to process the data.Based on the data,the factors that affect the ability of vocational school students’ career planning are explored.The third chapter is the analysis of problems and causes.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of Vocational Education in secondary vocational schools in China and the reasons for the problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the development countermeasures of Vocational Education in secondary vocational schools.Combined with the analysis of the problems and causes,the paper puts forward some countermeasures that are beneficial to the development of Vocational Education in secondary vocational schools,such as "giving full play to the joint efforts of all parties","combining subject courses with activity courses","relying on vocational training" and "setting targeted career themes by stages".The fifth chapter points out the shortcomings of the current research and prospects the research,hoping to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for secondary vocational schools to carry out career education.
