| In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the traditional industrial model has no longer adapted to social development,and economic transformation and industrial upgrading are urgent.At the same time,my country’s school vocational education has long been the main stage of vocational education.Compared with the traditional apprenticeship system,vocational education has its own advantages,but its own shortcomings are also obvious.As a result,the talents it cultivates are more proficient in theory and lack practical experience,which is not enough to meet the needs of the country’s industrial upgrading and development.The modern apprenticeship system was reactivated under such a background.As national policy makers attach great importance to modern apprenticeship,the current modern apprenticeship pilot program has reached the third batch in my country.The horizontal development of modern apprenticeship in my country has made some progress,but we should also realize that the deepening development of modern apprenticeship will face many problems.Whether corporate masters can play their new role in modern apprenticeship is One of the most important issues,to a certain extent,affects the quality of modern apprenticeship training.This research starts from the perspective of role theory.First of all,it discusses the expectations of the role of corporate masters in education from the perspectives of teachers and students in vocational colleges and the three aspects of role quality,role responsibilities,and role relationships.This part will be conducted using questionnaire method and interview method.Secondly,it reveals the situation of the role-playing of modern apprenticeship enterprise masters from four aspects: the overall effect of the role-playing of corporate masters,the actual status of the role quality,the status of the performance of role responsibilities,and the status of role relationships.Finally,look for gaps between the expectations of the role of corporate masters in education and the status quo,analyze the reasons for the gaps,and propose appropriate measures.Through this research,there are the following findings:1.The corporate master carries many expectations.Among them,the apprentice and the school tutor have similarities and differences in the expectations of the role quality,role responsibilities,and role relationship of the corporate master.2.There is a big gap between role expectations and role status.According to questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is found that there is a large gap between the actual performance of corporate masters and apprentices’ expectations.3.There are many reasons for the misalignment of the role of corporate masters.From the perspective of internal and external analysis: the internal reasons are the four aspects of the corporate master’s benefit choice,unclear role recognition,role conflicts,and lack of role-playing skills;external factors are the unsound selection of corporate masters and incorrect powers and responsibilities Etc.,the imperfection of the teacher assessment and incentive mechanism,and the lack of the teacher training system in four aspects.4.Based on the above reasons,combined with relevant national policies and role theories,provide suggestions and countermeasures for enterprise masters to successfully play new roles. |
