If the modern apprenticeship goes well,the "master" must be focused on.It becomes more important with the development of modern apprenticeship in our country.In terms of technology transfering,"master" and "apprentice" is "source" and"flow".The relation between master and apprentice is harmonious.Although modern and traditional apprenticeship has a lot of difference,the important role of master should not be ignored,otherwise it will lose the authenticity and significance of the modern apprenticeship.The study of constuction about modern apprenticeship"master"is very important.The research object is modern apprenticeship"master".This paper is about apprenticeship morphological changes and the role of "master".The author explores the dilemma of "master" and wants to find the solution.The author uses historical analysis,narrative method,interview investigation method in this paper.In addition to the introduction,the main content is as follows:This paper is in the eye of history,the role of master is different.The relations between master and apprentice has many changes:"line" relation,"divergence"relation,“socialization" relation and“modernization" relation.This paper attaches importance to the role of "master".The author makes a classification among the modern apprenticeship "master".The type of the master is as follows:technology master,skill master and general professional master.The value of the modern apprenticeship "master" is:function of applied value,professional identity of professional,practical,professional knowledge of the situation of growing up.The modern apprenticeship"master" plays a significant role in the vocational education:the "master" is craftsmen professional cultural inheritance,advanced skill education and the leader of the mentoring relationship.This paper is on the basis of theoretical research and on the case study method.This interview includes "master"and the theory of the personnel director,teacher educator.A total of 40 is in this interview.Through the interview we can find the problem about the modern apprenticeship“master”.The problem is the introduction of system lack loose,employment mechanism and contract mechanism imbalance and other issues.Faced with the problem,this paper try to look for the solution about the|masters" team.These paths of research are the following aspects:open mobility,multiple source introduction,Flexible employment mechanism,the diversified management.Balance the contract mechanism,various constraints.By "multi-source introduction" and "diversity management" for the construction of the "multiple constraints" path.The solution is not only promoting the modern apprenticeship quantity expanding,but also contributing to the "master" quality improvement.
