The Situation And The Countermeasure Research On Entrepreneurship Education Of Higher Vocational Colleges

The economic development of all countries as well as th e competition of world economy comprehensive national power proved th at the innovation and entrepreneurship is promoting the economic growth.Each country introduced policies to support the innovation and entrepren eurship.The international organization is paying high attention to the edu cation of innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the background of the construction of an innovation-oriented c ountry,China introduced policy of vigorously supporting innovation and e ntrepreneurship education has led to the gradual transformation of educat ional institutions in China,reforming the mode of personnel training,enha ncing the innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability of college student s,and cultivating the high-quality talent to adapt the needs of innovationoriented country as well as all walks of life.At present,China’s colleges and universities are carrying out the wor k of innovation and entrepreneurship in full swing,of which China’s vocat ional colleges are also pioneering innovation and entrepreneurship educat ion,but China’s vocational colleges have also encountered new problems and challenges.This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of innovation a nd entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,and finds out that the universities in developed countries have a complete education and policy system in the field of innovation and entr epreneurship education,while our country influenced by traditional educati on,we do not have this good condition.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to put forward effective count ermeasures and suggestions for the development of innovation and entre preneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China.First of all,the author sorted out the literatures related with domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education by literature research method,and summed up the shortage research of existing literatures.Then,the author analyzed the urgency and feasibility of the innovati on and entrepreneurship education research in higher vocational colleges in China from the international background,realistic background and the oretical background of innovation and entrepreneurship based on the dat a analysis method.Also,the author analyzed the current situation of innovation and entr epreneurship education in higher vocational colleges by case study meth od.Taking S vocational and technical college as an example,the author analyzed and summed up the relevant materials on innovation and entr epreneurship education basic idea,innovation and entrepreneurship educ ation management system,innovation and entrepreneurship education rel ated courses,innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty,innovatio n and entrepreneurship education practice platform,innovation and entrep reneurship education work plan of S,to understand the status of innovati on and entrepreneurship education in our country.Finally,the author uses the literature analysis method to sort out the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the United States and Germany,and draw lessons from its successful experience,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions at four aspects:how does the government improve its services,how to deepen the conc ept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,how to grasp the top d esign,the way to construct innovation and entrepreneurship education cu rriculum system and teachers,the method to build innovation and entrepr eneurship management system and external platform.
