| Normal colleges are in an important strategic position in the whole education system of our country.It has always been the goal and duty of normal colleges to persist in serving education,train professional teachers and promote the development of education.With the deepening of education reform,more and more academic exchanges are centered on the diversified cooperation between universities and primary and secondary education,and remarkable achievements have been achieved.In fact,cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools has become a popular mode of teacher education reform in the world in the1980 s.Although their names are different,they advocate the same concept of cooperation.This paper is based on the art teachers’ students and primary and secondary school art teachers in Xinjiang’s colleges and universities.It takes the diversified cooperation between Xinjiang’s teachers’ colleges and primary and secondary schools as the research approach.In view of the problems arising from the front-line teaching classes,the university provides extensive and profound theoretical resources,and the primary and secondary schools contribute to the rich teaching practice accumulated over a long period of time.To cooperate and jointly realize the development of art education.The author investigates and understands the course of cooperation between Xinjiang Normal University and local primary and secondary art education through various methods.Firstly,through on-the-spot interviews with educators in normal universities,the author understands the actual situation of the current cooperation mode and records these situations.Secondly,through interviews and questionnaires to understand the recognition and satisfaction of art teachers and art teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang.Finally,through the summary of the overall situation,the paper analyses the effects and difficulties of the cooperation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the two sides to realize the true win-win cooperation mode.This study first explains the background of the topic,and defines the concepts involved in the article.Then it combs the successful experience of diversified cooperation mode between normal universities and primary and secondary schools at home and abroad,refers to the mature practices of the United States,Britain and other countries in the development of cooperation between higher education and primary and secondary education,and draws on the valuable experience of domesticuniversities such as Peking Normal University and East China Normal University,and elaborates the research status at home and abroad from multiple perspectives and levels.Through the investigation and understanding of the overall situation of the cooperation between normal universities and elementary and secondary art education in Xinjiang,and taking Xinjiang Normal University as a case study,this paper elaborates from three aspects: the form of cooperation,the process of cooperation and the effect of cooperation,collates and analyses the achievements and difficulties in the process of cooperation,and finds out the influence of diversification of fine arts education between normal universities and elementary and secondary schools.Cooperative effect factors.Finally,the paper finds out the relevant solutions and optimization strategies to further promote the diversification of art education in Xinjiang Normal Universities and primary and secondary schools in the process of diversification of cooperation between Xinjiang Normal Colleges and primary and secondary schools. |
