Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of The Index System Of Ningbo Higher Education In The New Era From The Perspective Of People’s Livelihood

Education,as an important part of people’s livelihood project,has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Among them,higher education plays an important role in conveying higher talents for social construction.At present,Ningbo higher education is making great strides towards the modernization of high level.It is a great concern of the government and the public to establish a higher education index system to monitor and evaluate the running status and results of higher education and promote the sound development of higher education.To improve the quality of higher education by adding more indicators related to people’s livelihood into the index system of higher education is an inevitable requirement for the construction of the index system of higher education from the perspective of people’s livelihood.It is also an important way to improve the way the government supports and guides higher education,and it is also an important guarantee for the implementation of the education that the people are satisfied with.This paper expounds the analysis,establishment and evaluation of the index system of Ningbo higher education in the new era from the perspective of people’s livelihood as well as the corresponding improvement Suggestions.Based on the perspective of both at home and abroad are summarized and the livelihood of the people under the index system of higher education to build the relevant theoretical basis,this paper expounds the livelihood of the people for more than a decade,and the index system of higher education related research results and analyzes some of the more mature,on the basis of higher education evaluation index system,the index system of Ningbo higher education research situation,Ningbo has issued relevant policies and analyzes the Ningbo higher education development situation,The CIPP model was used to analyze the higher education background,higher education input,higher education process and higher education output,and the new era Ningbo higher education index system was constructed from the perspective of people’s livelihood.After evaluating the index system,some Suggestions for improvement are put forward.In this paper,the index system adopted the combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators,from the Ningbo higher education background,input,process and output four aspects to the comprehensive evaluation index system of people’s livelihood under the perspective of the new age of Ningbo higher education,and related policy guidance in Ningbo gives further Suggestions to improve the quality of Ningbo higher education development.
