Reform and opening up,especially since China has entered a new stage of development,the economic structure adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading are accelerating,the demand for technical and skilled talents is more and more urgent,the status and role of vocational education is becoming more and more important;although great achievements have been made in the development of vocational education in China,there are still many problems compared with the requirements of building a modern economic system and a powerful educational country.As a secondary vocational and technical school,Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technical School is no exception.It faces both development opportunities and big challenges.In order to improve the quality of school education and personnel training,it is urgent to strengthen the construction of teachers,and to do a good job in teacher performance management is crucial for the school to build an excellent team of teachers suitable for the modern development of vocational education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the teacher performance management in this school.Based on in-depth study and understanding of performance management,this article first analyzes the present situation of the teacher performance management of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technical School,points out the main problems and reasons of the teacher performance management of the school,on this basis,the school teacher performance management system,and the safeguard measures of the implementation of teache performance management system are discussed in this paper.By using the methods of questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process,the teacher performance management plan of Shijiazhuang Railway Vocational Technical School is formulated for the first time,which plays an important guiding role in the comprehensive implementation of teacher performance management and teacher team construction.At the same time,it has a good reference value for other secondary vocational and technical schools in China to carry out teacher performance management.
