| Performance appraisal is a key link in human resource management of private secondary vocational schools.It refers to a kind of management process in which the human resources management department of the school adopts a more scientific method to check and evaluate the workload,accomplishment,performance and self-development of teachers in accordance with the work objectives and performance standards,so as to obtain the results of performance appraisal.Secondary vocational teachers play an important role and play a leading role in education and teaching.We should not only inherit and disseminate knowledge of culture and science,but also devote ourselves to improving students’ intelligence and personality.We should not only impart professional knowledge and skills,but also pay attention to students’ physical and mental health.Teachers’ quality of work directly affects vocational students’ mastery of vocational skills and the level of physical and mental health development,as well as the quality of education and teaching and competitiveness of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,strengthening the management of teachers’ daily performance appraisal is of great significance for teachers to carry out their work effectively and promote the development of school education and teaching.As a school specializing in secondary vocational education,QJ Private Applied Technology Schools train a large number of vocational skilled talents for the society every year.At present,there are some problems in the school,such as strong subjectivity of assessment methods,unreasonable design of assessment indicators,lack of objectivity and scientificity of assessment,failure to link up the assessment results with the incentive mechanism,inability to accurately assess the different performance of different teachers,lack of objective and fair reflection of teachers’ self-worth needs,and loss of due incentive value.These problems seriously affect the effectiveness of teacher performance evaluation,which makes the existing performance evaluation system of QJ private applied technology schools unable to meet the requirements of education and teaching management.This paper investigates and interviews the current performance appraisal system of teachers in QJ private technical schools,studies the collected data and otherinformation,and analyses and finds the existing problems in the current performance appraisal system of teachers in QJ private technical schools.Combining with the actual situation of QJ private technical schools,this paper improves the teacher performance appraisal system,standardizes the implementation process,refines the implementation links,and ensures the effective implementation of the improvement program of teacher performance appraisal system.With the above problems put forward and improved,this paper hopes that the teacher performance appraisal system of QJ private technical schools can be effectively improved and implemented,and ultimately achieve the improvement of teachers’ education and teaching level in QJ private technical schools,and help schools to build a strong team of teachers. |
