The "Outline for Building a Sports Powerful Country" points out: to enhance the comprehensive strength of competitive sports and enhance the ability to win glory for the country.As the driving force and foundation for the development of competitive sports,the training of reserve talents for competitive sports shoulders the heavy responsibility of the times.However,with the rapid development of the social and economic level,the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents is affected by many factors.Through the research on the input and output of the training of competitive sports reserve talents,it is found that few scholars conduct research on the training of competitive sports reserve talents from the perspective of efficiency.Therefore,this study objectively analyzes the input and output efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents.The status quo and existing problems of reserve talents training,and the optimization strategy for the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents are put forward.This study takes the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents as the research object,based on the relevant data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities from2013 to 2017,and uses literature review,logical analysis,data envelopment analysis and other research methods to systematically sort out the training of competitive sports reserve talents On the basis of in-depth analysis of the characteristics of talent training,we conduct research on the input of human resources,financial resources,and the quantitative output of talent training.Using DEA and Malmquist index method to measure the relative efficiency and change trend of the training of competitive sports reserve talents,and through the DEA-Tobit two-step method to analyze the influencing factors of the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents,to objectively show the current situation and development of competitive sports reserve talents training.There is a problem.The research results show that:(1)From 2013 to 2017,in terms of the changes in the input and output of the training of competitive sports reserve talents,the number of coaches and capital investment showed an increasing trend,and the number of managers invested showed a decreasing trend.Although the number of reserve talents for competitive sports has increased,the magnitude cannot be directly proportional to the total increase in investment.(2)The training efficiency of reserve talents for competitive sports in my country is low.Judging from the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of its decomposition value,the scale efficiency is greater than the pure technical efficiency,but it shows a downward trend,and the pure technical efficiency has increased significantly.It shows that the productivity level of input factors is improving,but limited by the structure of resource allocation,the efficiency of personnel training is low.(3)For total factor productivity,the comprehensive efficiency index is greater than the technological change index,but the comprehensive efficiency index is declining and the technological change index is rising,indicating that under the overall technological progress,the organizational management level has not adapted to technological progress.,but still has a strong management ability and decision-making role.(4)The level of regional economy and the investment scale of professional and technical personnel have a significant positive impact on the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents.The efficiency of reserve talents training has a two-way effect.According to the research on the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents,it is found that the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents in my country is generally low,and the productivity level of input factors is generally increased,but it is restricted by the level of organization and management and the unreasonable scale structure.The efficiency of training reserve talents in competitive sports There is no corresponding improvement.Therefore,in response to the above problems,an optimization strategy for the training efficiency of competitive sports reserve talents is proposed:(1)Streamline management methods and optimize resource allocation structure;(2)Precisely control investment and maximize resource effectiveness;(3)Innovate training methods to break through marginal utility(4)Pay attention to technology investment and lay the foundation for high-quality development. |
