With the development of exam-oriented education,teachers put more attention on good students with promising future,and ignore the development of students with learning difficulties,thus seriously hindering the healthy development of students with learning difficulties.The upper grades of elementary school are the stage of students’ transition to self-directed learning,and also the period when learning difficulties of students with poor literature are prominent.Therefore,to help the poor students of Chinese literature to "get out of difficulties" has become an important problem to be solved urgently.This study revolves around the transformation of primary and middle school students with poor literature,and specifically explores the following three questions: the specific performance of primary school students with poor literature? What is the cause of the difficulties in primary school literature? Strategies for transforming poor students in primary school literature?In response to the above problems,this study builds an analysis framework for the causes and transformation of primary school literary difficulties on the basis of literature review.Under the support of the theoretical framework,the interview method,classroom observation method and the actual transformation analysis are used to obtain the following in conclusion:First,Mr.Chen’s difficulty in learning Chinese is mainly manifested in four "deficiencies".Compared with the "concrete performance of poor primary school students with literature in primary schools" constructed in the text,the performance of poor quality of Chinese homework is increased.There are two reasons for this situation.One is that different types of Chinese literature students will behave differently in the actual learning process.The other is that the amount and difficulty of Chinese assignments are not in line with Chen ’s ability.Second,the difficulties in learning Chinese for classmate Chen are mainly caused by both internal and external aspects,which coincides with the “causes of poor primary and secondary school literature and literature” constructed in the text.Teachers,parents and students themselves explore.Third,through the full transformation of the Quartet,Chen has improved his enthusiasm and academic performance.The transformation of classmate Chen is from the four aspects of the help of teachers,parents,classmates themselves and their peers,but this has some inconsistencies with the "conversion strategy of primary school students with poor literature" constructed in the text.The situation is because there will be blank time for the supervision of teachers and parents during the conversion journey,and Classmate Chen cannot fully control their behavior,so they need peer supervision and help.Based on the above conclusions,the research on the transformation of poor students in acupuncture and literature has proposed that teachers continuously enrich the content of the classroom,hire students to supervise,arrange assignments in layers,increase the interest of teaching,strengthen the guidance of Chinese learning methods,and give more performance opportunities,Encourage and tolerate a few suggestions.
