| Throughout the 40 years of reform and opening up,the educational reform in China has made tremendous achievements.The teaching staff in our country has also grown and progressed in the process of reform.At the same time,as an important part of educational reform,teachers have affected the process of educational development and as one of the important factors also determine the success of educational reform.This article focuses on the development process of teachers.Based on the analysis of policy texts on education reform and teacher development,it explores the relationship between education reform and teacher development.Practical problems.There are six parts in this paper:The first part is an introduction,which mainly summarizes the previous research results in education reform policy,teacher development policy,education reform and teacher development relationship,and analyzes the theme of education reform and the stage of teacher development.The research ideas and research methods of this article.The second part to the fifth part mainly analyze the theme of teacher development in different stages from the change of policy text.Based on the description of teacher development in different stages of education policy documents,the theme of teacher development is divided into the period of teacher scale development,the period of teacher qualification systemization,the period of teacher quality development,and the period of teacher professional development.The tasks of teacher development at various stages are divided into to: expand the number of teachers,train qualified teachers,quality teachers,and professional teachers who are competent for basic education and teaching,and specifically analyze the different requirements and corresponding changes introduced to teachers in order to achieve each stage of teacher development tasks safety measures.The sixth part is about the logic and problems related to education reform and teacher development.Generally speaking,education reform and teacher praise are consistent.The theme of teacher development and education reform are closely related.The theme of education reform is different at each stage.The purpose of education changes,and the development tasks of teachers,the status and role of teachers,and the ability to specifically instruct teachers also respond accordingly The change.However,in the course of practice,educational reform and teacher development are inconsistent,such as the resistance phenomenon of teachers to educational reform,and the alienation phenomenon of some teacher developments catalyzed by educational reform,which are worth further research. |
