| With the increasingly prominent position of my country’s tourism industry in the world tourism economy arena,improving the quality of tourism services has become the focus of national attention.Because the tourism service talents of secondary vocational education occupy a part of my country’s tourism market,the original source of improving the quality of tourism service needs to start from secondary vocational education.Although the research of some scholars has proved that the case teaching method can improve the quality of tourism teaching and the quality of tourism talent training,the current case teaching in secondary vocational colleges in our country is still in the exploratory stage.The course "Tourism Policies and Regulations" is not only one of the compulsory subjects in my country’s tour guide license examination,but also one of the compulsory courses for the first year of tourism service management majors in secondary vocational colleges in my country.It is very important to improve the quality of tour guides.Case teaching method has been used in the field of law in the 19 th century,and it has a strong compatibility with some contents of the course "Tourism Policies and Regulations".The case teaching method is applied to the teaching process of "Tourism Policies and Regulations".It can provide new teaching ideas for secondary vocational colleges to improve the quality of tourism service talents.This research adopts SPSS data analysis method,experimental research method,literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and observation method to carry out the application research of case teaching method in the course of "Tourism Policy and Regulations" in secondary vocational schools.First of all,this research summarizes the relevant theories applied in the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" course of secondary vocational education using the case study method,absorbing the viewpoints of constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory and discovery learning theory,and investigates the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" of secondary vocational education."The teaching status of this course,puts forward the problems in the teaching of the course "Tourism Policies and Regulations" in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the application of case teaching in the course of "Tourism Policies and Regulations" in secondary vocational schools.The appropriateness of the law.Secondly,combining the existing case teaching framework and the characteristics of the "Tourism Policies and Regulations" course for secondary vocational schools,this research has constructed a case teaching framework for the "Tourism Policies and Regulations" course for secondary vocational schools.Finally,according to the case framework of the"Tourism Policy and Regulations" course of secondary vocational schools,the case teaching process of the "Tourism Policies and Regulations" course of secondary vocational schools is designed,and the specific chapters of the course "Tourism Policies and Regulations" are used to verify the case teaching.The teaching effect of the law.The conclusions obtained in this study were as follows:(1)Case teaching method application has cost in the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" courses;(2)Case teaching of "Tourism Policies and Regulations" courses in secondary vocational schools should include "Teacher and Student Lessons".Preparatory work-teacher and student classroom teaching implementation-teacher and student after-class evaluation feedback" three major processes.(3)The application of practice proved that the case teaching method can help the students majoring in tourism service and management in secondary vocational colleges understand and use the knowledge in the "Tourism Policies and Regulations" course,and improve the grades of the "Tourism Policies and Regulations" course of the secondary vocational students.(4)The application of practice has proved that the case teaching method can mobilize the enthusiasm of the tourism service and management majors of secondary vocational colleges to learn the"Tourism Policies and Regulations" course,stimulate students’ interest in learning;increase the frequency of teacher-student interaction;help students to explore questions,The awareness of thinking about and solving problems,and enhancing the dominant position of the students majoring in tourism services and management in secondary vocational colleges;improving the method of after-class evaluation. |
