Junior high school is a key stage of one’s growth.With the issuance of the new education policy,junior high school students not only have to face the increasingly severe high school entrance examination,but also face the problem of choosing a school and a job because of the failure of the high school entrance examination.These reasons make the anxiety of junior high school students more and more prominent.In recent years,it has gradually become a hot issue that educators and psychologists pay more and more attention to.Therefore,it is very important to give timely psychological intervention to the third grade students with anxiety.Based on the above situation,this study used the Chinese version of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)to measure 386 junior high school students(198 students in one school and 188 students in another school)from two middle schools in Xi’an.The survey shows that 112 students have anxiety.After that,30 subjects were selected from 112 anxiety students and randomly divided into three groups: hypnotic intervention group,control group(meditation relaxation group)and control group.The three groups were matched in age,gender and anxiety level.In this study,hypnosis and meditation relaxation were used to intervene the anxiety of junior high school students:(1)A total of 386 students were investigated,including 112 students with anxiety state,accounting for 29.0%;81 students with mild anxiety accounted for 21.0%;27 students with moderate anxiety accounted for 7.0%;4 students with severe anxiety accounted for 1.0%.(2)The results show that there is no significant difference in anxiety level between different genders and whether they are only children;there are significant differences in class performance,parents’ education level and social support level.(3)The results showed that there was no significant difference in anxiety level between the control group and the control group;there was significant difference between the two measurement results of hypnosis intervention group and meditation relaxation group,and the effect of hypnosis intervention was more significant than that of meditation relaxation.(4)The effect of hypnosis intervention group has a certain delay,but the delay of meditation relaxation group is not significant.Conclusion: Group hypnosis and meditation relaxation can effectively alleviate the anxiety level of junior high school students,and the effect of hypnosis intervention has a certain delay,but the delay of meditation and relaxation intervention is not significant. |
