With the development of bike sharing,the sharing economy has gradually penetrated into all walks of life.As a pillar industry in China,the education industry has also begun to integrate into the sharing economy,such as Boniao picture books,BEIXIANG reading,etc.As a test point of children’s industry sharing economy,major enterprises are facing development bottlenecks such as large investment in the early stage,slow return of funds,and financing difficulties of enterprises.Choosing scientific and reasonable marketing mode is the key to change the status quo of enterprises and realize sustainable development.The sharing marketing mode provides effective guidance for the development of sharing economy,forms a consumer community market and a sales community market,and improves the marketing efficiency.Taking A Company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company’s picture book product sharing marketing mode,the problems existing in the existing picture book product sharing marketing mode,and the main causes of the marketing mode problems.Combined with the relevant marketing theory,this paper studies the improved design of the company’s picture book product sharing marketing mode,and formulates the guarantee implementation measures.The main conclusions are as follows: a company’s existing picture book product sharing marketing model includes o2 o marketing model,direct marketing mode and chain marketing mode.Due to a company’s single profit model,lack of professional marketing personnel,lack of marketing channel resources in kindergarten field,and unscientific agency cooperation mechanism,the practice effect of A Company’s shared marketing mode is not good.A Company should change its market positioning,focus on optimizing product system,change profit model through complementary products,strengthen picture book reading guidance service,strengthen experiential marketing,reduce costs,improve price structure,matrix layout of new media and we media marketing platform,carry out community marketing for family,optimize activity promotion system,and carry out database marketing 。The optimization of marketing strategy has a good practical significance to solve the problems of a company’s sharing marketing mode,improve marketing efficiency,and realize the sustainable development of sharing marketing mode.Through this study,not only can effectively solve the problem of a company’s marketing model,improve marketing efficiency,but also can provide reference for other enterprises inchildren’s industry sharing economy.
