Share behavior refers to the individual through the common enjoyment of someone with a resource to benefit others behavior,as an important pro-social behavior,it is a child close to the group,to overcome the self-center to love the companion to get a happy higher Level of behavior.Sharing the development of young children has an important role in the "kindergarten education guidelines(Trial)" proposed in kindergarten education activities,let children learn to be willing to interact with people,mutual assistance,cooperation and sharing capacity,"3-6 year old children learning And development guide " also proposed to strengthen the exchanges between teachers and students,peers,training children to close,love attitude.The study found that the current kindergarten teaching activities,the cultivation of child care behavior without a fixed teaching content,sharing behavior mainly occurs in the child’s day activities in the event of bad behavior,the teacher through the sermon for simple education,may make education flow In the form,the child does not really understand,even more incomprehensible.Researchers through the study of previous literature found that,in addition to the relevant research in Taiwan,the mainland scholars to use the picture book for the development of children’s pro-social qualitative research is rare.Bandura ’s theory of social learning personality emphasizes the importance of observing learning in initiating behavior.Observing learning is the process of acquiring behavior by observing the behavior of the model.As a rich resource in children’s life,the picture book has important educational value,and its vivid picture and language meet the psychological characteristics of young children.At the same time the child is in good at imitating the stage of others behavior,the picture can provide learning model,example of behavior norms can easily be imitated by children,this good behavior once often learn to imitate,will cultivate a good pro-social behavior basis.In this study,the theme of "sharing behavior" is used to explore the influence of picture teaching on the sharing behavior of middle school children through literature,experiment and observation.The researchers selected two kindergartens in a kindergarten in Shijiazhuang as a research object,randomly assigned one for the experimental group,one for the control group.First of all,the difference between the two children to test,to study the two children in the sharing of behavior in the development of whether there are differences.Subsequently,the two classes were randomly assigned,one for the experimental group and the other for the control group.After the experimental group for a period of 6 weeks,1 week to share the theme,each sharing theme 2 times,25 minutes each time to read the picture.While the control group for normal teaching activities.After the end of the intervention,the experimental group and the control group were tested to compare the changes of the scores of the two groups before and after the test.Through the study found:(1)The experimental group was homogeneously developed with the control group.(2)There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the post-(3)The difference between the pre-test and the post-test of the experimental group was significant;(4)The intervention of the picture book has a significant effect on the sharing of children in the experimental group.To this end,this study suggests that kindergarten teachers should choose the picture book suitable for the development of child care sharing in middle class,give full play to the media role of the picture book,create a good environment,continue to carry out different educational activities and diversified extension activities Promote the development of child care behavior.But also to do a good job of family guidance,do a good job home cooperation,to guide families to provide a wide range of sharing opportunities and life experience,and jointly promote the development of child care activities.
