Research On The Problem Of Bullying In Primary School Campus And Its Solution

Bullying is a primary school often happens with strong bullying deliberately aggressive behavior.Bullying behavior greatly harm the health of body and mind of the person that be bullied.School is a place where teaching and educating,often pays a lot of attention to the study result,but for students between behaviors is often ignored.The school bully has the characteristics of concealment,make the school bullying happen very often.Thus it caused the attention by managers,education experts,psychologists and the students’ parents.A primary school in Dalian is chosen as a sample in this study.Through the questionnaire survey,from the perspective of students,the current situating of the elementary school bullying of our country and the reasons were analyzed and discussed.At the same time reference in related research in the field of scholars both at home and abroad,so that it can offer help for the research on elementary school bullying in China,so that pupils can grow healthily and happily.This paper from the school bully performance and frequency,The characteristics and causes of campus bully,attitudes and feeling on the campus bullying,and measures for the campus bullying etc.is based on a questionnaire survey of the four dimensions.And out of the campus bullying situation survey analysis of the cause of campus bully for personal reasons mainly study pressure big,need to vent;From TV,computer and other video middle school,being bullied is the last straw,etc;Family reason mainly is the lack of family education,the improper discipline,such as parent-child alienation causes;School reason mainly is the lack of strict school management measures to study,the level of teacher specialization is not enough,teachers and students status inequality causes,the one being bullied do not seek for help;Social reason:the proliferation of media,the lack of legal consciousness,values,rampant crime forces these reasons;Campus bullying produce harm:campus bully upgrade-the dangers of school violence,the harm of campus environment,the harm of student rights;Solving the countermeasure of education of the school bully;Parents should be in the education mode of democracy to promote the healthy growth of the child;School should attach importance to students’ psychological health education;To strengthen moral education and network education;Reform the education methods,improve the legal system education;Also,strengthening the supervision and management of students’ study and living environment is very important.
