| In 2015,the Ministry of Education and other five departments in China issued Suggestions on the Implementation of Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football and deployed work plan in the next five years.The campus football is not only the first nationwide sports reform program,but also an important task of reform in education and sports deployed by President Xi Jinping.During the year of 2015 to 2019,the Ministry of Education and related organizations attached great importance to the development of campus football and successively issued a series of institution,documents and measures.The campus football culture is a group culture which covers football activities and takes campus as a context.Students are the center of the culture.Different football activities help to form a unique football culture.This culture also needs to be associated with the development of campus football in order to build a more hierarchical campus football culture and improve the performance of football in China.The first pilot cities include Qingdao,which is at the forefront of other cities in China to enhance the campus football culture.The Bureau of Education and sports in Qingdao actively respond to the national policy,and vigorously carry out the campus football activities.In 2015,Qingdao,which had 45 campus football schools,ranked the first among the cities that develop campus football in the Shandong province.Based on this context,the research applies the literature,interviews,field method,questionnaire and data statistics to explore the campus football culture in Qingdao.The leaders and students in the campus football schools of Qingdao are objects of the study.From the perspective of the four-level organizational culture structure theory,this paper divides the campus football culture in the schools of Qingdao into four aspects,including material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spirit culture.Through the investigation of these four cultures,the study draws the following conclusions:(1)There is a certain foundation on the material culture of campus football in Qingdao.The football fields in schools are well equipped.However,the fields are generally old and the facilities are insufficient,which leads to the unreasonable time allocation for using the fields.There are few professional football teachers,and they hardly receive the coach training.Therefore it is difficult to improve their professional level.Furthermore,the schools lack funding,which means only a little money is used in developing campus football activities.Moreover,there are few signs related to football in schools,and the exhibition of football culture relatively lags behind.(2)The behavior culture of campus football in Qingdao mainly focuses on publicity and development of relative football activities.However,students only participate in football activities in a single way.The performances of school football league need to improve.Schools do not often organize the student to watch football match.Students have few opportunities to directly take part in football activities.Therefore it is hard to comprehensively popularize the football activities in schools.(3)The system culture of campus football in Qingdao is imperfect,and the related rules and regulations are incomplete.Most schools do not have supervision and evaluation system about football activities.There is not institution about the responsibility and rights of football coaches.As a result,the activities of campus football are difficult to be implemented in schools.(4)The spiritual culture of campus football in Qingdao needs to be further explored.Some school leaders do not attach importance to cultural guidance.They pay more attention to students' academic results.Hence,they do not have clear beliefs,slogan and aims of campus football development.The purpose of spiritual culture construction isalso not clear.Therefore football activities cannot play roles in educating students.Due to weaknesses of the spirit culture of campus football,the whole society,family and schools should jointly make efforts to promote the development of campus football.Through analysing the problems of cultural construction of campus football in Qingdao,some measures are proposed to solve these problems.In terms of material culture,hardware services system of campus football should be improved,and software resources also are configured in schools.As for behavior culture,there are some strategies,which are to hold three-dimensional competition,organize differentiated training,diversified entertainment and integrated culture and education.In the aspect of system culture,schools should adopt a strategy of “top-level pulling,middle-level management,echelon organization”.In terms of spiritual culture,the social spirit,competitive spirit and moral spirit are three basic points,and campus football is the bond.Besides,a value system of hierarchical social spirit of campus football should be built.Infiltrating competitive spirit shaping model of campus football also could be promoted.Schools need to explore the cultivation path of the auxiliary moral spirit of campus football. |
