Since 2010,under the background of shortage of public preschool education resources in China,the state proposed to vigorously develop inclusive private kindergartens.Inclusive private kindergartens can provide equal pre-school education opportunities and guaranteed pre-school education services to the general public,and guarantee education fairness from the beginning.At present,inclusive private kindergartens have become the main force in the development of preschool education in China.However,with its rapid development,there are also many practical problems,which greatly restrict its future development path.The author comprehensively uses a variety of research methods,combined with the current situation of the construction of inclusive private kindergartens in X District of Hubei Province,analyzes the problems in the process of the transformation from private kindergartens to inclusive kindergartens in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the survey results.The specific framework of this paper is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,analyzes and comments the research status of pre-sexology education for universal education at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods used in this study.The second chapter defines the core concepts of this paper,introduces the theoretical basis of this paper,and expounds the enlightenment of educational equity theory to the inclusive transformation and development of private kindergartens in China.The third chapter reviews the historical evolution,characteristics and orientation of the development of privately-run preschool education in China,and expounds the important role of privately-run preschool education in China’s preschool education system.The fourth chapter,based on the investigation of X district in Hubei province,introduces the status quo of preschool education and the construction of inclusive private kindergartens in X district,and takes this as a case to analyze the problems arising from the inclusive transformation and development of private kindergartens.The fifth chapter based on the theory of educational equity analyzes the reasons for the development dilemma of the inclusive transformation of private kindergartens in China,including:the social attention to preschool education is not enough;Government reward and subsidy support is insufficient;The general private kindergarten teacher mobility is large.The sixth chapter,based on the theory of educational equity,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of private kindergartens into inclusive kindergartens,including:increase publicity,improve the social recognition and participation of inclusive private kindergartens;Clear responsibilities,increase government financial support;According to local conditions,refine the audit standards and supervision system;To support the weak and guide the professional development of teachers in private kindergartens;Classified management;Effectively safeguard the reasonable rights and interests of the organizers of private parks. |
