Inclusive private kindergartens are important measures to alleviate major livelihood issues such as the “shortage of inclusive preschool education resources” and“overburden of kindergarten parents” in the field of preschool education.Positive response to the "learned" educational needs.As an important way to alleviate social contradictions and achieve the goal of "have a baby",the reality of inclusive private kindergartens greatly affects the quality and fairness of our country's early childhood education.Based on this,this article selects S kindergarten as a case study,using educational narrative as the main research method,and describes the specific process of turning it into an inclusive private kindergarten from shallow to deep,trying to reveal the true survival state of S park.The purpose of the narrative is not to search for universally applicable laws,but to find the educational significance of the scene from the real story.Based on the analysis of its development factors,it focuses on the impact of inclusive policies and social needs on the survival and development of private kindergartens,with a view to providing a useful reference for the development of other inclusive private kindergartens.The main content of this article is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction.The main purpose is to briefly introduce the reasons for selecting the topic,research significance,literature review,research design,research methods and core concepts.The second part is the main body of this article.Using observation,interview and narrative methods to explain the development of S Park.Through interviews and in-depth understanding of the principals,teachers and parents of children,the road of transformation of the S Park is divided into three stages of survival,seeking transformation and seeking characteristic development after transformation.First of all,during the survival period,we mainly strive to gain a foothold in the process of resolving financial difficulties,student sources and teacher recruitment.Secondly,in the process of seeking transformation,it mainly introduces the development process of S Park from small to large.Finally,in the period of seeking characteristic development after the transition,we always adhere to theeducational concept of taking children as the foundation,strengthen the cultivation of talents in a democratic management atmosphere,and demonstrate the characteristics by opening parent classrooms and characteristic courses to achieve our own development.The third part is case-based perception and reflection.The transformation of inclusive private kindergartens is a complicated and changeable process,but at the same time it is also regular.Combining with the development story of S Park,the author mainly proposes countermeasures from three aspects: "market-oriented demand,coordinated social relations,and characteristic park support" in order to promote the sustainable development of inclusive private kindergartens Set up a model for reference.As an important part of preschool education,the development of inclusive private kindergartens is not only an important measure to implement the concept of educational equity,but also an important driving force for the continuous advancement of my country's early childhood education.To this end,paying attention to the problems in the transformation of inclusive private kindergartens,only by addressing the needs of the people for high-quality and balanced pre-school education resources to solve the admission problem is the effective strategy to promote the healthy development of inclusive private kindergartens.
