Research On The Construction Of "Deological And Political Theories Teaching In All Courses" Of Public Basic Course In Ningxia Secondary Vocational School

The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan issued by the State Council[2019]No.4 clearly states:"Promote the pilot work of comprehensive reform of ’Three-complete Education’in the field of vocational education,and all kinds of courses are peer-to-peer ideological and political theory courses,and strive to achieve a high integration of vocational skills and professional spirit training." The secondary vocational education stage,as the hub for undertaking the compulsory education stage and the higher vocational education stage,is the key stage for cultivating high-quality laborers and technically skilled talents.Therefore,carrying out the exploration and research of"Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" in vocational schools plays a very important role in promoting the comprehensive reform of "Three-complete Education" and implementing the fundamental task of "Building Morality and Cultivating People".Based on this,this paper takes the "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" of the public basic course of secondary vocational education as a breakthrough.Firstly,the basic theoretical overview of"Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses",analysis on the relationship between"Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" and "Ideological and Political Course",and the ideological and political elements in the public basic course.Then,through Ningxia survey and research on the practice of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" in public basic courses in some secondary vocational schools in Ningxia found that when secondary vocational schools carry out "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses",there are generally problems such as insufficient teacher education ability,lack of teaching resources,lack of management,assessment and other institutions.Finally,under the guidance of the objective principle,the overall principle,the comprehensiveness principle,the cohesion principle,the penetration principle,from the construction path of the teaching material system,curriculum system,teaching system,evaluation system,teacher team system and management guarantee system,the exploration aims to improve the educational effect of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses".
